Jan Tops opens stunning new equestrian venue

A stunning new equestrian venue is opening in The Netherlands this summer, orchestrated by the founder and president of the Global Champions Tour.

Dramatic architecture

The Tops International Arena in Valkenswaard is due to open in August, just in time to host the twelfth leg of the Tour on 13-16 August.

The facilities feature dramatic architecture, with a raised wooden walkway to the VIP area and two grandstands, with ‘floating’ roofs. There is also an elevated Sky Box hospitality suite, with Michelin-standard dining.

‘Lifelong vision’

Jan Tops said the centre is the result of a “lifelong vision and aspiration”.

“This new facility is about sport, whether it is world class sport at the highest level or about training the talented stars of the future,” he said. “But it is also about entertainment and fun, culture and art, haute cuisine and style and a great day out for families and friends and I hope everyone will come and enjoy this special place in Europe.”
