Last month’s Olympic gold medal-winning performance in Rio will be the last time Valegro is seen in competition.

The dressage star is going to be retired at an official retirement ceremony at the London International Horse Show, Olympia.

Having won World, European and Olympic gold, the 14-year-old gelding is one of the most successful dressage horses of all time. His partnership with Charlotte Dujardin has taken British Dressage to extraordinary new heights.
