The final leg of the 2018 Event Rider Masters is heading to Blair Castle – and you can watch the whole event LIVE on Horse & Country.

Magnificent setting

The magnificent setting and tough undulations of the Scottish Glens make an impressive backdrop for the world’s best riders as they battle it out for the Event Rider Masters title.

The current leader in the series is Chris Burton, but Laura Collett is just 10 points behind him – and hot on her heels in third place is Tim Price.

Last year the optimum time proved the most influential factor in the final cross-country phase, which will suit speed king Chris. He was second in 2017, behind fellow Australian Shane Rose. Can he do the double and take both the Blair title and the ERM series?

Unique event

As well as the ERM finale, we are also showing highlights from Land Rover Blair Horse Trials. Blair runs a number of events at all levels, and is the only horse trials in Britain to concurrently run CCI*, CCI**, CIC*** and CCI*** competitions.

It’s also Scotland’s only three-star horse trials and has hosted a number of major championships over the years, including the FEI European Eventing Championship in 2015.
