H&C TV Ltd is a privately-owned network operating under a UK Ofcom licence and the authority of the CvdM within the European Union.

Its Board of Directors and management team includes Heather Killen, the CEO and Chairman of H&C TV. Ms Killen is also a partner in London-based corporate advisory and investment firm, Hemisphere Capital and a Trustee of Brooke, an international not-for-profit organisation. Ms Killen’s experience includes the development and management of Yahoo!’s business outside the US from 1996 to 2001.

Jeff Kupsky, Non-Executive Director, based in Chicago, is currently engaged in various advisory and investment activities involving media and education companies. He is presently on the board of Immerse Learning (formerly LanguageLab) and H&C TV. This follows an extended career with Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., a subsidiary of Time Warner and one of the premiere international media companies. His most recent position was as President of Turner’s European, Middle Eastern and African division.

John Penney, non-executive director, is Chief Growth Officer of NextGen Foundry, advising C-suite clients on business model transformation and digital innovation. Previously, he served as EVP, Consumer Development and Strategic Partnerships at 20th Century Fox. He was previously Chief Strategy Officer for STARZ, the premium cable and satellite television network owned by Lionsgate, and Chairman of STARZ Play Arabia, a successful start-up premium SVOD service in the Middle East and North Africa.

David Qualls, non-executive director, is founder and President of RMD International Inc, an independent sports video production company. He founded EQ Sportsnet, a company acquired by H&C TV in 2020. He served as VP Program Acquisitions & Business Development for Universal Sports, a multi-sports cable, satellite and online channel, and worked in international sales for Fox Sports International.

Claude Ruibal, non-executive director, is co-founder and Managing Partner of SMRF Capital. He was previously SVP, Digital, Production & Sports Solutions at Infront, where he served as Chairman of iX.co (the world’s leading sports digital solutions company) and HBS (the global leader in Host Broadcaster solutions for major sporting events). Previously, at Google, he led a global team forging sports partnerships and building out sports content on YouTube.
