Boxing Day is Britain’s busiest raceday, and thousands of stable staff up and down the country will be working hard over Christmas looking after the horses. We find out what Lisa Kozak, Travelling Head Girl at the yard of Oliver Sherwood, will be doing on the day instead of cooking a turkey – and why she is happy to be spending the morning with the horses for which she cares all year round.
