The Festival is just days away, so now is the time to sharpen your pencil and get ready to bet on the Cheltenham races 2018.

Championship races

Last year’s Gold Cup saw Robbie Power romp to victory with Sizing John, and they are back this year to defend their title. Also running again are last year’s runner-up Minella Rocco and third placed Native River.

Might Bite is another favourite, following his win in the King George VI Chase at Kempton in December.

As well as the main event on the final day of the four-day meet, there are big championship races every day. Tuesday is known as Champion Day and includes the Champion Hurdle. Ladies’ Day is on Wednesday and features the Queen Mother Champion Chase, while St Patrick’s Thursday hosts the Stayers’ Hurdle.
