Meet the young event rider taking tips from Mr Nicholson

H&C met young event rider Charlotte Bacon at the SsangYong Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials, where we followed her in the CCI3*.

Charlotte is just 19 year’s old, but she already has a string of titles to her name, including team bronze at the European Junior Championships in Poland in 2015, team gold at the European Pony Eventing Championships in Italy in 2013 and silver at the Pony Europeans in France in 2012.

One to watch

Charlotte came a very respectable 22nd place at Blenheim out of more than 70 starters, and we think she is one to watch for the future. Remember where you saw her first!
