The FEI Nations Cup is arguably the most prestigious showjumping series in the world, having started way back in 1909.

This year will be a record-breaking season, with competitors from 50 nations from all around the world competing in four separate qualifying leagues:

  • Europe Division 1
  • Europe Division 2
  • North America
  • The Middle East

There are a total of 19 qualifiers in 19 countries, and the aim is to win enough points to make it to the final in Barcelona in September. Last year Britain was relegated from Europe Division 1 into Division 2 – so they can make it back into the premier league?

Horse & Country TV has extensive highlights of the series, from a variety of locations including Hickstead, St Gallen, Rome and Dublin.
