Charlotte Dujardin is auctioning off items she wore during the London Olympics to raise funds for Brooke.

Life-changing

Earlier this year Charlotte became an ambassador for the charity and she visited India in October to see the life-changing work they carry out there.

“Becoming a global ambassador for the Brooke has been one of the greatest things I have ever done” said the World European and Olympic Champion.

“When I saw the Brooke’s work first hand it really highlighted what a difference they make to the lives of working horses and donkeys and I hope this auction raises some much-needed support to continue their work.”

Olympic items

There are 13 items available to buy including Charlotte’s Charles Owens riding hat and Konig boots which she wore in the 2012 Olympics. There are also winner’s rugs ribbons and sashes as well as Valegro’s saddle pads – which have been signed by Charlotte and Carl Hester – and even a pair of his shoes.

The online auction is open now and bidding closes on 3 January 2016. So far £6000 has already been raised. The money will go towards helping almost two million working horses donkeys and mules living in some of the world’s poorest countries who help their owners provide for their families.
